Adult Learning at Friends University
The College of Adult and Professional Studies (CAPS) offers general degrees such as the Organization Management and Leadership Program, specific niche degrees such as Criminal Justice and cutting-edge studies such as eCommerce Management. Each degree program has been designed to create maximum student-to-faculty and student-to-student interaction. Each degree program is taught in an accelerated format. We also offer the Program for Adult College Education (PACE) for those adults just beginning the college journey.
Our programs are taught by professionals who have been chosen for their rigorous understanding of the theoretical foundation of their disciplines and their appreciation for real-world application. For the same reasons, students are encouraged to develop projects drawn from their own job experiences. They are taught how to integrate their coursework into their experience as early as possible in their programs.
